She has a passion for active treatment, and through therapeutic exercise and manual therapy she allow patients to learn to manage their own condition. She also has a special interest in treating pelvic health conditions.

Catherine is based at Pivotal Physiotherapy - Northgate. She uses the Bowen Therapy technique to treat many different ailments. This treatment approach offers a feeling of total relaxation and often an immediate response with decreased pain and discomfort.

Chelsea customizes each treatment according to her client’s treatment plan, as well as how they are feeling in the present moment. She is trained in several modalities including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Pre and Post Natal, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
