Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute marketing strategy in the following areas: digital marketing, social media, offline advertising, public relations, events, sponsorship, online reviews and push monitoring, B2B Marketing, collateral and promotional material production
- Work with our web development and media vendors to maintain and enhance the corporate website, including posting marketing content, generating new landing pages, reviewing and reporting google analytics data, and ongoing monitoring and enhancement of SEO and paid advertising
- Provide staff with marketing support in the form of producing custom collateral, managing PR and sponsorship requests, and planning and coordinating community events
- Produce and maintain inventory of in-house marketing collateral by coordinating requirements with design and print vendors
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and employ excellent time-management skills
- Is a self-starter, able to work independently but demonstrate collaboration and a team player attitude when appropriate
- Creative problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Be comfortable in a fast paced, small business environment
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Exceptional writing skills with an ability to proof, edit, and write engaging and informative content
- Experience with digital marketing and Google, Email and Social platforms and metrics including Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing and communications with strong aptitude in physio/athletic development
- Have access to a vehicle for clinic and event visits

OPPORTUNITY
- 30-35 hrs. / Week (effective immediately)
- Kinesiologist/Receptionist- 1 position available
- Must be available Monday to Friday, with some Saturday’s
- Applicants should have a flexible schedule to work evening and day shifts. 6:30am – 8:30pm Monday to Friday. 8am- 1pm Saturdays
- Wages: $17/ hour depending on experience, with benefits after 3 months.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to fill a Kinesiologist and Receptionist position. The successful applicant should be an excellent communicator, detail oriented, quick learning, have strong organizational and time-management skills and welcome the challenge of working in a busy clinic setting. Applicant will be required to work front desk reception.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist Physiotherapists to implement patient treatment plans including modalities and instruction of therapeutic exercise.
- Instruct patients through exercise programs and make appropriate modifications and progressions
- Communication with Physiotherapists
- Responsible for clinic cleaning duties as directed.
- Knowledge of how to access all types of Physiotherapy funding
- Assisting patients to the treatment area
- Answering Phones
- Booking new patients and follow up appointments
- Processing payments
- General administrative duties- filing, assisting patients with paperwork and maintaining patient records
- Knowledge of how to access all types of Physiotherapy funding
Degree in Kinesiology necessary and administrative experience is an asset.
