Our High Performance Centre is located in Edmonton’s downtown Brewery District. This location features a dedicated gym space, modern training equipment, and therapeutic recovery modalities such as hydrotherapy contrast tubs, NormaTec Recovery System, and Functional Movement Screening kits. We offer performance-based rehabilitation and Massage Therapy. Our team of professionals offers a thorough orthopedic assessment followed by the development of a treatment plan that is tailored to you.
